Returns policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with every order. If you need to return an item, please follow the guidelines below.
14-day returns
Unused items in original, unopened packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.
Eligible items
- Accessories such as cables, chargers, cases and power banks (unused, sealed where applicable)
- Non-fitted spare parts in resaleable condition
Non-returnable items
- LCD screens and display assemblies that have been fitted, tested or removed from protective packaging
- Items marked as non-returnable on the product page
- Custom or special-order items agreed in writing
How to arrange a return
- Email info@mobilearena.co.uk with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return authorisation and instructions
- Pack items securely — LCD screens must use original protective packaging
- Ship to the address provided. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days of receiving and inspecting returned goods. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
