These terms govern your use of the Mobile Arena website and purchase of products from Mobile Arena Distribution Ltd. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Products

We supply mobile spare parts, LCD screens, display assemblies and accessories. Product images and descriptions are for guidance. Compatibility information must be verified before fitting. We specialise in iPhone and Samsung Galaxy parts for recent model ranges.

3. Orders & pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before dispatch.

4. Payment

Payment is required before dispatch unless agreed credit terms exist for approved trade accounts.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. See our Delivery Information page. Risk passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.

6. Returns

See our Returns & Refunds policy. LCD screens cannot be returned once packaging is opened or the part has been fitted.

7. Warranty

Manufacturer and supplier warranties apply as stated on product pages. See Warranty Information.

8. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, or damage arising from incorrect installation of parts. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected goods except where law prevents limitation.

9. Trade customers

B2B customers confirm they purchase for business purposes. Consumer rights may not apply to trade-only transactions.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
