Product warranty
Mobile Arena stands behind the quality of the parts we supply. Warranty terms depend on product type and are stated on individual product listings where applicable.
LCD screens & display assemblies
Replacement LCD and OLED screens are typically covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects when fitted by a qualified technician in accordance with industry standards. Warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage, drops or pressure after installation
- Liquid damage or corrosion
- Incorrect fitting or use of incompatible components
- Normal wear and tear
Accessories
Chargers, cables, cases and similar accessories may carry a 12–24 month warranty as specified on the product page.
Making a warranty claim
Contact us at info@mobilearena.co.uk with:
- Your order number and purchase date
- Product SKU and description
- Photos or video demonstrating the defect
- Brief description of installation and fault
Our team will assess your claim and advise on replacement, repair or refund as appropriate under UK consumer and trade supply regulations.
